Loki s guide to sleep
Hey you! Go to sleep! Whaaaa? Let me help you beat insomnia!
Step 1: find a comfortable position (most important step) and do not move at all.
Step 2: Clear your mind, ignore all thoughts. Imagine you are sitting in a stream, and your thoughts are fish swimming past you. (Mindfulness)
Step 3: continue holding still, by this step your limbs will be extremely heavy/hard to move.
Step 4: Wake up... wait when did you fall asleep?
You dont dream when you use this method, but it gets the job done.

That fish in a stream thing is pretty cool.

there is no need to sleep. scientists have proven that the human body only needs rest... sleep is only needed during incredibly cold conditions
Why would I sleep when there's so much to do?
