@ecarina: Mm, they've really simplified Tot's tutorials from what I've seen since I came back last week. Right now, the stuff are easier to obtain and they focus more so on giving pets, hyper rocks, and equipment to players rather than the older version where we could gain things to level character traits.

Unfortunately right now there's not much that can be done about your eyes without spending NX unless you pre-created an Illium and haven't accepted the boxes (or used the Beauty Box) yet. For the hair though, you can get a free Royal coupon by accepting the first box from the Supernova event (The girl's head icon in the star notifier) if you haven't already. Due to compensation you don't even have to do anything to get the Royal.
Also Tot's tutorials should give you a free VIP hair coupon, though I haven't done Tot's in a while so I'm not 100% sure how to get it these days.

@lolmit: seems like you did not save it. Click on an empty tab that's not locked and click save. But no you cant revert back to your previous hair and face unless you get them again through hair/face coupons (if you havent saved it)

Open your equip tab and hit the Salon button
In my case at least it doesn't open if I'm in 1024 x 768 resolution, but otherwise a window will open where you can save hairs and faces and switch between them for 100k mesos. If you're not aware of it, chances are you didn't save it. If the hair and face coupons you used were the free ones from Big headward, that's what that tutorial was supposed to teach you about.

You can bring them back if you saved them in your salon. Otherwise you'll have to get a hair and face coupon some other way and won't be able to go back to the default (though if I remember correct, the default Merc hair has appeared in the Royal rotation like... once before, maybe they'll bring it back someday though chances are pretty low.)
