Oh, thats fine.
I frequently pop my smaller pimples. However, I only do so when they're somewhat dry. Its less painful to pop a dry pimple than a moist pimple.

try not to, because when you do they will either scar or just come back

@Luscious: lol i honestly dont have much knowledge about popped pimples :< just the procedure since it's on acne.org. but yeah just make sure it's clean and what not.
i put aloe vera on a popped pimple and it healed pretty quick + no hyperpigmentation

i pinched it and squeezed out all the puss (whatever the hell that is) until blood came out. then i put a bandaid over it
