This is an example of what I was talking about, though again, the odds of this happening are extremely low. Look at what happens to their legendary line of +19% damage to bosses at the 1:05 mark.

Honestly, if I were you, I'd just keep trying for 50% buff duration, and then after you have that, then worry about other IAs. In the end buff duration will benefit your DPS more than any other IAs. It is very much possible to have attack speed +1 as well as 50% buff duration, but I cannot stress enough how insanely rare it is to obtain dual legendary lines. People have done it, though. It's possible. Not likely.

You cannot get 2 double A rank for IA (+1 attack speed is A rank so does 50% buff duration)
so it is not possible to get 50% buff first line & +1 attack speed for the second line.
I reset over 3mil honor exp on my drk and best I got was drop rate and some damage to monster.
On my Kaiser, I got +1 attack speed & around 12% buff duration. I can't seem to get more than 15% buff duration so yea...

The only time it can be on the second or third line is if it had rolled over from the previous inner ability system, or if you roll it on the first line, lock it, and (with extreme luck) it shifts down. If your inner ability is legendary tier, only your first line can roll legendary inner abilities. The second and third lines cannot. You can roll 39% to 50% buff duration on the first line, but not on the second and third lines. The second and third lines can hold legendary tier inner abilities as long as you keep them locked. The reason you are not seeing the max amount on the second and third lines is because, by default, they are not legendary tier.

Since i saw a few inners and all they have the buff duration on 1st line and some guy on my BL say that you can get max amount of that from the 1st line. Anyway thanks bleute !

You can only have one line of buff duration with your inner ability, with a maximum of 50% at legendary tier. Maxed empathy can give you an additional 10% more buff duration, and a level 200 mechanic card can give you 20% more, for a total of 80%.
With legendary tier inner ability the first line is legendary, while the other two lines can be rare through unique. There are exceptions to this, however. If you saved legendary tier lines from the old inner ability system, it's possible to have two, and even three lines of legendary inner ability.
Another way to gain an extra line is to lock both the tier and the first line of legendary (it's best to do something that you'd want to keep) and if you're extremely lucky, the first line that you locked can shift down to the second line, which frees the first line up for a new legendary inner ability. With this method, for example, it makes it possible to have both 50% buff duration and attack speed +1 level.
But again, the system prohibits you from having multiple lines of buff duration (and most others) with your inner ability.
My drk got 50% buff duration on the first line
Yeah i know that but some guy in my Buddy List say that u can only recive the 50% buff on the 1st line on IA which mean
