Kaiser Critical Chance or Attack Speed

Hello my fellow Kaisers!

I have recently been active in Reboot playing on my Kaiser. I've come to a conundrum that I cannot solve so I am turning to the wise people of Basilmarket! In my current position, my Kaiser has the potential to reach approximetely 75% critical chance with beast tamer and phantom links, DSE, marksmen card, level 10 hyper critical and Kaiser attack stance. Now the issue I'm faced with is whether I should try to obtain attack speed or critical chance in my inner ability. The two hypothetical situations I can see myself in is to:

A: Aim for attack speed IA and get the pivotal adventurer ring which will boost my critical chance to 90%.
B: Aim for a 30% critical chance IA and reduce hyper stat investment to allocate more efficiently.

The issue with situation A is that as I am in Reboot, missing out on stats and a potential will hinder me significantly and the fact that we do not have bonus potentials (to fill the gap) hurts my dps. Situation A will also lead to an increase of 5% minimum critical damage.
The issue with situation B is that it is not as efficient in terms of endgame; I am currently unaware if Kaisers are capable of capping on endgame bosses but from my knowledge, it is unlikely.

Any insight is appreciated greatly!

Going into supa dupa dragon mode gives 40% critical rate which will put you at 100%. Given that you should be using transform whenever possible and that +1 AS is effective in both normal and transform modes, it's probably better to roll for +1 AS.

As for capping in Reboot, I'm of no help there.

getting to 100% crit rate is the most important for every class in this game.
aim for crit rate on your IA.
p.s. if you somehow roll atk speed first, keep it and farm honor. you can still get up to 20% crit rate on your 2nd/3rd lines.

@redeyed: Yes of course, but I meant in terms of my current disposition in Reboot! I do not think Kaisers are capable of capping in Reboot. Sorry for any misunderstandings.
