It works, you can buy drop coupons.
Shouldn't cs stop you from buying it anyways, if you in fact, cannot use drop coupons?
which btw isn't fact because you can buy drop coupons no problem
well let me answer you're question with a question, Does it say on the card "can not be used on 200 or up" ? ( or something along those line's)
