I was wondering
I'm calling all main da with cd reduction hat, because i notice that after patch i can not longer spam shields as i used to can and since patch in orange mushroom nor gms said anything regarless the cd on nether shield being not affected by cd reduction i'm wondering if this is a glitch or what
