@bleute: Considering the absurd barriers in place on much of the end-game bossing, many players will NEVER see it, likely including myself. I know a friend whom has invested countless hours in this bloody game - taking on almost every event worth doing, taking advantage of the reward shop whenever possible, and getting help from people he meets to take him on higher level bossing content - just to get MID-GRADE equipment, rarely ever touching the cash shop proper or investing in gacha or selling NX. Not godly, or even close to godly - just decent equipment for standing his own on end-game bosses in duet with another (far stronger) player.

I'm nowhere near his grade.

So yeah, maybe I'm nowhere close to the best, and I can be wrong, but I still have an opinion and experiences to share. Besides, suggestions and critique aren't 100% facts anyhow; they can be incorrect or misconceived At least you aren't being condescending in your critique, and I can respect that

As for the Androids... the Heart I had on mine exploded some time ago, and while I have another one, I'm mostly terrified to waste another without decent scrolls to prevent another disaster. Which will take some time to acquire as the protection scrolls seem to have expiration dates now. And I've got other equips that need attention first. So that's the stat on that

PS: There are normal, %age-based pots in NLC that restore MP/HP for dirt-cheap compared to other NPC-bought potions. I don't know if they have a healing cap on them (there is nothing written in their description about it), but they're there and they can be handy.

The most expensive of them, Ginger Ale (3.8k ea) heals 75% max HP/MP for a tad over 1.5x the NPC'd price of one power elixer. Mapleade is much more expensive by comparison (slightly less than 4x more than Ginger Ale @ 15k ea.), and slightly more than 2.5x a Ginger Root/Ginger Ale(75%+40% HP/MP) combo. And since NLC can be reached through any Dimension Mirror, its not a long winding trip like it used to be

Honestly, I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but it sounds to me that you don't have much experience with the more difficult, later-game content. When you mentioned un-equipping your android but leaving the heart equipped in your earlier post, in objection to an android hiding feature, it was a clear giveaway to me that you probably aren't in the position to be criticizing these suggestions. Sometimes it's better to wait until you have a solid understanding of something before offering input.

Remove:
-The cash shop class restriction. People should be able to trade/store cash shop items freely among all their characters. Quite honestly I'm baffled that this restriction STILL exists to this day.

@bleute: Less objecting to it, and more just pointing out something I thought to be rather obvious >->;; For bossing, certainly getting hit by 1/1 all the time + max HP % attacks + the occasional whoopsy by not seeing damage reflect would be frustrating, but for regular training it shouldn't be that much of an issue. Plus, Demon Avengers do have a quick-refill ability, and it doesn't take long to hit 20 attacks w/ an Exceed skill to unlock it again.

And I'm not sure about anyone else, but potion pots have worked fine for me on several characters. The only problems I have are that I have to buy NX every 30 days to renew them, but that's small potatoes overall. Then again, I could possibly not be seeing that lag due to my connection being a big ball of piss anyway ~.~

Some other things that need changed that I'd like to throw out there (if they haven't been mentioned yet) are the Hard Magnus meteor glitch, the Empress dark genesis glitch, and the technical issues related to pet loot lag.

While I (and many others) have a nice personal wishlist of ideas related to items, drop rates, and good things that can be added, I'm going to just stick to the bugs and technical issues that already exist.

I think all equips should be always trade able within account. **magnus drops* Removing the damage cap makes sense to them, but allowing you to share equips within your account without needing money is crazy talk?? The number of bosses that would be abused are minimal.

Also, I think hero classes should be able to share nx storage like adventurers do. Make the same for resistance and the kannahyato.

Remove all projectiles aarows, bows, stars use items from game and make them equip drops instead. Create a special slot for projectiles. Then remove all the infinite stars,bullets,arrow skills. It's unnecessary and a waste of space.

Surely I'm not the only one having trouble looking for items in their Cash Shop inventories D; ??

In regards to other changes mentioned, I'm not sure if I can agree to some of them.

For example, boss timers shouldn't be removed on bosses that are not instanced (i.e. ranmaru) and allowing the move function on Maple Guide available for those who have met the level requirements makes the game even more stupid.

I agree, moving and travelling is very boring and anything to cut that sounds like a good idea but it is a MMORPG after all. They should instead revamp the whole travelling system and make it more entertaining. It would probably be a great method of interaction between players, which ... there is a lack of opportunity in the current state of the game (Log in>boss teleport&farm rp>other event attendance>log off).

They should add an UI that allows you to sell items without you having to keep your computer on 24/7 and probably get dced, and the alternative requiring NX.

...Oh wait! *cough* Auction House *cough*

Other than that, everyone pretty much hit the nail on the head. Especially if Practice Mode for bosses is what I think it is. (The ability to enter Lotus as many times as you want?)

Oh, and maybe inside dojo, instead of having the timer start when you load the floor, start it when the boss actually spawns would really help people with subpar internet/computers, though it'll decrease the gap between times for sure, and then it'll literally be nothing but a funding war. Currently, at least you have a chance of outranking someone who deals more dps than you, whether that's the way it should work is up for debate.

@xmaplelegend: Nexon doesn't get any benefit from even having RP at all, and a job isn't something you can just get easily, so those without it wouldn't be too happy, besides, i'm not saying remove the gap completely either, just raise it a bit, so it wouldn't really hurt Nexon to do it.

I don't see why you'd object to updating power elixirs, as it's clearly a mistake that's been overlooked, given the fact that they now reflect an outdated hp cap. Not everyone with high hp is a demon avenger, and there comes a certain point where you can only get so many hp pot recovery lines from potentials. Mapleade is really the only other option, but there are times when it just isn't enough.

Potion pot has too many issues, and only ever caused me to d/c. Not only that, but the potion pot's hp pool isn't nearly enough at some bosses. I don't think you realize how little a pool of 10 mil hp really is until you've got 6 digits of hp and you're constantly getting hit by high %hp-based attacks. As it stands, the current power elixir cap is not sufficient for our needs, and requires an update.

@funkyflame: They have "face" and "hair" (which also save eye and skin) but having these separately to choose what eye or skin to use at will would be awesome.
@masterobert That would be more of a "Universal PSOK" and would defeat the purpose of the current tier SOK's and PSOK's (for Nexon/$$$ wise) but nonetheless a pretty damn good idea imo.

@masterobert: I have no idea lmao. And yea good call! The ones currently on the list that I find questionable:

*Give player a tradeable hair coupon instead of changing player's hair // Would be nice but wont happen, would also promite P2W
*Storage: Enter from closing storage // I think the "Can't catch your breath, try again" was to counter a dupe method, may not be an alternative to close it. They should however make it so that "ENTER" doesn't mean EXIT STORAGE when you spam click to put multiple items into your storage.
*Cash Shop item transfer within account // Mentioned this earlier, think it works better as an event personally.
*Skill to station your soul summon at a certain spot // Cool but that's not how they work, maybe instead add an alternative to "magnificent" that stays put where you use the skill?

Just some thoughts of mine, you can of course keep them on the list, just sharing my opinion

@funkyflame: How does one word such an item that can make SW equipment and non-Outlaw hearts to be made tradeable one time!? And you're right, there should be more thought done before adding these. I'll clean up the list and remove the unnecessary ones.

@masterobert: The one I found maybe not needed was the one where you could hotkey equips, hotkeying is great but equips? Eh, defeats some of the challange of equipping drop gear/decent gear, dont you think? Just my opinion though! I also don't quite like the idea of fully tradeable stuff within account(someone mentioned it) or a more expensive PSOK for perma untradeables, it has a certain charm to it as it is in my opinion. With fully tradeable gear within the account you could abuse bosses if you have a really funded character, would mess with the economy quite a bit. Same goes for tradeable NX within the account, even though I would support this, I don't think it would be the best idea. Would definitely make permanent NX less valuable, and it's already pretty bad.
I don't know, I doubt any of that will happen anyway!

Some compulsive nitpicks:

The medal "issue" isn't much of a problem; most medals are added to the Medal collection (accessible via button press on the keyboard, name "GMS MEDALS&quot, and can be retrieved at any time for a(n increasing) nominal amount. Certainly the price goes up every time you take out a new one, but unless you change medals often but end up constantly tossing them out to open up more Equip space, it won't be a big issue.

[*] Characters that have/require more than 50k/100k HP (namely Demon Avengers) often have skills that counterbalance the "limit" on Elixers and other potions, allowing them to gain more HP from them. Plus there are %based potions, as well as the Potion Pot if you spend a little NX, which can restore up to a whopping 10m HP when fully maxed out/filled. Finally, I think familiars that restore "a little/some/a lot" of HP/MP are %age based on the max HP your character has? I can't confirm but that seems to be the case.

[*] Some affects can now be hidden, as I found out last week; just open your Equipment screen and click on Effects, then right-click the stuff you want to hide the effects for! Very nice for hiding huge floating totems Not all effects, but its still an improvement.

[*] The big gorilla-in-the-room I see with the very first point ("All bosses from one per day entry limit to kill&quot is that people can abuse the crap out of bosses like Zakum or HT; just kill the arms (on Zakum) or all but one head (on HT) and then exit, then re-enter. Maybe a cap on killing ANY part of a boss once a day would work?

[*] "A more expensive PSoK version that allows permanent untradeable items to be tradeable" Do you REALLY want unlimited tradable Tyrant items? Plus it'll just raise the prices for such items even higher, as that's all people will ever want to use. The trading system for untradable/bound items may be broken, but let's not break it even further...

[*] "Option to hide Android" Why not just equip the heart? That's all you need to get the stats from it, right? Probably ignorant of the obvious, but...

Other than that, I agree with the rest of these. There are definitely a LOT of changes that should be made to the game...

[*] Boss HPs/Defence to more managable levels (balance by making them more dynamic/less rhythm-based, possibly?)

[*] ALL (significant) Boss drops should be instanced

@kalsta: There are at least 16 medals that don't register. It hasn't crossed my mind about players farming bosses for EXP though, good point. I reworded the PSoK point again. And nope, you need the android equipped! Thank you for your thoughts.

Maybe it can encourage other people to play more classes, instead of just having one main character and the rest being inventory and link skill mules. I earned all these SS rank cards, I should be able to use all of them. Most of the card bonuses are crap anyways.

*Reward Points quests to be turned in automatically
*Change Channel lag removed, "/ch 4" function added
*Revamped storage, larger and with categories you can make yourself
*Ability to turn off specific categories for pet loot (EQ/ETC/USE/SETUP)
*Longer/Infinite pet ignore list
*Ability to turn off soul "book"
*Android toggle on/off (Potential perm NX item?)
*30 Day Hyper Rock made into 90 day (15-20k NX)
*Added new EXP/DROP cash shop coupons that can toggle on/off, 1 week duration. Slight increased price
*Bonus/Black cubes variants off crafting/boss cubes added
*Quests made worthwhile for EXP (Seriously it has NEVER been decent EXP to quest)
*Added hotkey for pet loot
*Equipment window TAB to change window added
*Added maximum inventory/storage space (This is actually coming, woo)
*Added secondary money storage with multiple "money" windows, assuming they cant change value to over 10b
*Added larger damage skin storage (also on it's way, leggo!)

*Easier ways to max Isight/Emphaty

Removed:
*Reward point counter/Change to toggle on instead of on automatically
*Hyper Teleport rock restriction from Kritias
*Horribly outdated items from gachapon(ofc can't all be good but make it somewhat relevant)

*Entry limit per channel for Ranmaru/Madman (This bothers me more than just about anything)

There's so much more but this is just wishful thinking. Some of these wont happen, but I feel like some of these would be fair changes :o

@jesse: I think Orange Mushroom confirmed they are raising the link skill cap? Don't quote me on it but I feel like they did :o woo.

Add:
- Beginner skill for "removing all summons". Effectively makes your summons (such as Bahamut, stationary summons, including class-specific summons, and familiars, soul weapon summons, atc.) all expire at once.
- More character slots.

Change:
- Make "Owl of Minerva" a NPC inside the FM (this way it won't take up space in the inventory).
I think it's best treated as a NPC to allow players visit the FM and look for items even when they don't have USE space.
- Bosses no longer have a once-per-day *entry*, instead, have a once-per-day *kill*, to allow people who failed, DCed, or other minor hiccups a chance to challenge the bosses again.

Interesting...hope this thread can make it all the way to Nexin HQ.
Add:
1) Permanent shop (of any sort), Maple is dying and it's pretty senseless to keep on milking us!
2) A cash shop revamp where all the over-priced items have a more meaningful price. Ex: Protection scrolls use to be a whoppin 10k+ and now they're half the price. But even so, they are still OP AF. Elites ftw!
3) The option to release your summoned soul and station him/her at a certain spot instead of it following you. Hellux anyone?
4) Inventory bags for stars.
5) Quick tab for summoning familiars instead of searching and double clicking.
6) More lives for CRA

Edit) More reward points. 100pts per boss would be ideal.

I think the bosses which do have those channel things, should'nt even have the channel things, and instead be like Magnus for example.

I think they should also increase the amount of RP you get from bossing, it takes me about a hour to kill all the bosses and whatnot, for the equivalent of 70 cents, I wouldn't mind a gap between minimum wage and this way of getting cubes, but it doesn't seem worth the time spent when you compare how much money you could get in a hour by doing some job, so they could increase it a bit.

I would also like to see the Flame of Reincarnations and stuff get here, but it wont happen.

It would be nice if you were able to buy multiple Item Guards instead of buying each one individually, and if they could, they should also add a permanent or even 90 day additional pendant slot, no one wakes up and enjoys logging on to find their perfected pendant is useless unless they buy more NX every month, and it would be nice if certain annoying items like "Black heart earrings" were able to be stored in the Cash Shop, instead of you having to go to Henesys wishing you got the pet instead.

I know how most players would disagree with this but I'd like them to slow the pace of the game a little bit. BUT, create more playable content for the hell levels. By playable content I mean places that give EXP worth getting but doing it in a non repetitive way (Romeo and Juliet PQ). Personally, being a fairly old player, I'd like to see them implement new areas to explore and do quests that give better exp. I remember when questing was a decent way to level up, like doing the Ariant quest line from 20-30. This will also help bridge the gap between the community because there is more player interaction. Now I'm not saying "bring back old maple" I'm just saying bring back what made "old maple" work. There is so much content in maple that goes pretty unused like PQ's, quest lines, going to different areas, etc. If they made some of that more rewarding I feel like it would bring some form of enjoyment back to the game.

REPAIR: Hayato/Kanna crafting ability in REBOOT. Ridiculous that this is taking so long.

CHANGE: losing a 2x ticket after dc, after dc the ticket should still be working.

ADD : smithing/acc crafting it should be possible to make empress/gollux/magnus stuff.

1 Auto Pet loot gets turned on somtimes when u change channels.
2 Somtimes after fighting a boss and leaving the map, it teleports you to town you were previously in.(not using boss party function).
3 There should be a Ui for link skills on a character that allows you to change links on the ui, instead of having to log on to each individual character.
4.Pet loot lag, i think this problem should have been fixed a long time ago.

@deeemon: Well in life you have to choose. You can't expect to be allowed to use every character cards or most of it. That would be broken. In real life can you say oh I can't choose between 100 choices, gimme all of them.

Change:
- Storage should have more slots, like 500 or 1000 as default. Whenever I think of it, I think of a storage unit, something big that can hold a lot of junk. Replace all the human storage NPCs with storage units, like that weird storage building at Magatia, I think it looks like a bank(?).
- Link skills should be passive across all characters. They got it right the first time with Blessing of the Fairy and Empress's Blessing. Just frig this link skill manager thing, Nexon doesn't know how to make one anyways. We all thought we could "manage" our link skills when we first heard of it, but it was just a separate window for link skills only. Frig it, Nexon lied to us, just make everything passive. It could also save a lot of time for others and myself since I play on so many different characters.

Remove:
- Arrows as a drop. At least make them dropable for bowmen classes only. Pet can't even ignore the red and blue ones that drop at MP3/GS6.

Add:
- All the skills that were ever deleted or changed into something completely different. Nexon shouldn't destroy our memories like that...
- A home for your character, kind of like Zero's thing. Or like the secret base thing in some Pokemon games. Or like My Castle in Fire Emblem Fates. It can have different styles to choose from too. I really like the Hoshidan style.
- More character card decks. 36 characters and we can only pick 9 cards. I want to use at least 21 cards, or even 15. I leveled up a lot of characters, and I'm sure others have too, I think we deserve more decks. Something that can add/unlock another deck for having 12, 15, 18, and so on, level 200+ characters.

@believemenot: Semi-defeats the purpose of a guild though and titles can be turned off. Very few give good bonuses as well.

Change: Power Elixirs from healing the outdated 99,999 hp cap to the current 500,000 hp cap.

Add: Instanced bossing for all bosses. This would prevent people from "camping" some bosses, as well as provide an opportunity to remove timers.

Remove: Boss timers for (most) bosses. They serve no purpose other than to alienate players who have less-than-perfect gear. This would also make it possible to defeat some of the more difficult bosses (such as Hard Lotus) without having to adjust any of the mechanics or damage output. Sometimes a long, tough boss fight can feel very rewarding, and although the days of 3-hour long Zakum runs are far behind, I'd much prefer a fight that's based on utilizing skills and endurance over one that's limited by a 20-minute timer, where everyone must either hit the cap or wait for an eventual power creep. There's just no room for creativity and enjoyment as it stands with the current system. The benefits to removing boss timers outweigh the downsides by a wide margin, and I feel that the game would be far more enjoyable to a broader range of players, and profitable in the long-run if this were to be done.

add: owls sold in fm/android shop, be able to save the default damage skin, manage items for store permits without the need to reopen and redoing all items, spot gets reserved for 5-10s after you close your shop
change: old skill books converted into mastery book 20/30, better pet item filter
@sqeeshyer: I was thinking maybe a secondary equip set window that swaps specific gears that's toggle-able in the equip window.

Change: PQ rewards. As of right now, they are awful and for gimmicks only, and we're also forgetting that PQing used to be the thing that glues communities together.
Change: Outdated quests

Remove: Twisted Aqua Road.
Remove: Boss timer, or at least increase the time by a significant margin. Weaker players should be able to take bosses down with a bit more time.

Add: Bonus Potential Cubes to reward points shop.
Add: Codex Drops for Crossworld PQ and all missing codex cards.
Add: More channels to Ranmaru
