Chaos Root Abyss Prices

Now that the drops from Crimson Queen and Pierre are fixed, we can already see the prices decrease to the point where they are cheaper than before they stopped dropping. What is the reason?

Well, that's because drop rate is now affected on these boxes. There are more hats and pants dropping than before.
Does this mean that these hats and bottoms will eventually decrease to the price of tops?

Most will see this as a good change because they are now able to afford these equipment and spend a lot less buying them. But the real concern is, what kind of profit does being funded gain you now?

Should anything be changed, and what are your thoughts?

CRA havent been profitable since end of 2014.

Watch as Broa prices drop to 10m for bottoms and hats. Theres players with 3 funded characters on Broa who can reset and have tons of mules...

I was never a bosser and I never really funded my characters too much, so in a sense it's good for me. But at the same time I do sympathize with the people who did hope to get a lot of profit from bossing. I suppose if I could have it my way, I would release new level 190 equips and remove the damage cap altogether.

1 set of drops per run, stupid to have 1 set per person. All this does is gets people to bring 5 loot mules with them

More funded people should be like you, i'm assuming you're probably funded af. There are so many people I meet that are like funded but still don't even wanna help people get gear and stuff. I think it's rather dumb that they wouldn't. If I was funded like that, I would do the same exact thing, help other people get gear.

this is coming from someone who had crazy rich dupers/hack3rs as friends (they all quit years ago), its honestly much better this way imo. There are still ways to legitimately make bank, its just that these methods are much more easily reachable for mid_funded ppl and depending on luck can be slow., hence it is less profitable for highly funded since you can achieve similar profit with less range. Before it was much much worse, yes they had mind boggling profit margins but it was basically the top 1-5% of people. What this meant was markets were monopolized and prices were regulated by like one or two guilds. So its a trade off between the welfare of the very funded vs the welfare of the society as a whole.

Hitting cap - for now atleast - are done for these reasons
1. Personal satisfaction
2. Hobby
3. Quality of life/convenience - every thing is just that much easier when you are really funded

I suppose this goes back to should the equipment really be as cheap as it is for end game items, and not be instanced? It's already too late to change anything though. Looks like there's no point in this thread anymore. To be honest, CRA isn't all that end game. It's the Tyrants that keep us using it. Not to mention the top and bottom combination beats out overalls easily.

Ever since they implemented instanced drops the point in being super funded has disappeared pretty much. If you want to make profit off of being funded it's very hard to do so these days since mostly everything has little to no value now.

Most people who still choose to superfund their characters are pretty much just in it for hobby or in it for the arms race (or in some cases, both.)

It's not all that concerning really. Earned all the mesos I needed a long time ago. Sure more is always nice, but it's not something that I think about much with Nexon giving out free stuff like candy.

The economy doesn't revolve around clean gear anymore, unless you're talking about stuff like Tyrant gloves. It revolves around NX and cubes.
