What to leave unmaxed post-Justice

I'm assuming:
1st: Double Stab
2nd: Wind Talisman
3rd: Triple Throw or Expert Throwing Stars
4th: Sudden Raid, obv

I feel like Wind Talisman would be useful in later jobs since it's a rush skill, meanwhile Shuriken Burst gets replaced by Shade Split (amirite?)

Also I can't decide what in 3rd Job is more useless: Since Expert Throwing Stars doesn't activate with QT or when Shadow Stars is up and it only boosts 3 skills that you won't use that often, it's probably not too good. However, it does boost Wind Talisman, which appears to be useful in 4th Job Meanwhile, Triple Throw gets replaced after you put 1 point in QT.

This is what I plan to do

1st job = Do not max double stab
2nd job = Don't max out Wind tailsman for now
3rd job = Only 1 SP on TT for the fun of it and put spare SP on wind tailsman
4th job = Leave taunt, sudden raid for later lvls, put 1 on sudden raid for the lolz

1st job: Double Stab (level 1)
2nd job: Shuriken Burst (level 11)
3rd job: TT (level 1)
4th job: Sudden Raid (level 28)

Personally, I don't know if Wind Talisman can rush LHC mobs (kMSers can't confirm because their LHC mobs were turned into normal monsters), but it's a definite skill worth maxing as you'd use it frequently in 4th job. Extra goodness if it does! Shuriken Burst is replaced by Shade Split definitely.

For 3rd job, definitely TT. You won't ever use it for training or bossing once you get QT. ETSH is very effective now. The "next hit is 100% critical when ETSH activates" is at a 20% chance (also recharging 1 star, lol) when maxed. Right now, that effect only works when you have Shadow Stars off. In Justice, the effect works even if you have Shadow Stars on (it just doesn't recharge 1 star, but who cares when you can actually do 100% criticals). The extra damage that Wind Talisman gains from it is also another good reason to max it, lol.
