How much damage am I suppose to do?
Just came back from quitting and as a lv 133 sair I have a 10.9k- 13.4k att range unbuffed and 15k-19.1k buffed is that bad?

My current Thunder Breaker is at 50k range buffed at lvl 120, and I also had a BM with ~7k at that lvl too.
Dont worry about your range until lvl 150 (or 140 if you wanna go Empress), as long as you can kill okay for things your level, you are all set for now.
It's not particularly bad, but you can definitely improve it with a bit of funding. The thing nowadays is fafnir/gollux sets. The two sets, even clean, should bump you up to 30k unbuffed at the minimum.
