Do you even math, Nexon?

Okay, this is quite frustrating and doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. If someone can explain the situation to me, please do.
So the other day I was checking this Evan's range atk. He/She (Let's just call her a she since her Evan's a female) posted her stats on basil and made a video on it too. She gave a specific set of stats for each given range atk (e.g. +16x int/237 m.atk/54% int = 37k~39k clean range)
So here's where the part that doesn't make sense to me. I have 50% int, and about 500 m.atk (492 to be exact.), +242 int, and I only have a ~40k range (That's a 1k difference than her range). So, lemme get this straight, her % int is only about 4% more than mine, and her magic attack is LESS than HALF of mine, and her range is only about 1K less than mine. How does Nexon calculate range attack? this makes zero sense. Even after taking my weapon off I still have around 295 m.atk, which is 58 m.atk more than hers still, and I believe that the M.ATK she listed is with her weapon on. I normally don't give a crap about range attack, but after finding this out it's starting to frustrate me a little bit, because this makes no sense whatsoever. So Nexon, do you even math?
P.S, Now understand that the M.ATK she listed includes her overall gear + weapon, but DOES NOT include the M. ATK boost from her various linking skills (It only accounts to 35 M. ATK if I'm not wrong). Btw, I'm also an Evan with 999 base INT (Level 195, and I assume her level is within the range of 190-200). Also, she doesn't have any % damage, only % PDR, which doesn't affect your range at all. I'm not entirely sure about her weapon, she covered it up with a Nexon item in her video and did not mention anything about it in her post on basil (As for my weapon, I use a staff which provides more range than a wand does I believe, correct me if I'm wrong). Also, she has a 35 M.ATK boost from various linking skills (237 + 35 = 272 which is still nowhere near my M.ATK.)

Forgot to state that I'm also an Evan, I've made an edit to the post.
learn to think outside the box
there's character cards, link skills, total damage, etc that can make her range higher
I've made an edit to the post, sorry for not clearly stating everything earlier.
so first off.... you did not mention if you were also comparing your evan, different classes have different ranges because their skill multiplier % is different. if you are a explorer, they are known to have lower range, where as their damage, may be equally comparable to any other class.

second. did you account for % damage? what about character card decks? with the most obtainable ones, that even I have, is 20% damage boost, 10% all stat passive, 5att from hayato, possible ranging anywhere from 0-24att Cygnus character bonus.

third. did you account for level differences? different levels have different passives, buffs, medals exclusive to their level.

so I must ask you, did you account for listed above?
Made an edit to the post, thanks for pointing things out for me.

Also, the video/range "guide" was made pre-Unleashed, so there wasn't a real way to actually check the total magic attack.
She most likely has a lot more just didn't count it. If I count all the M.ATT from my equips, I wouldn't have half as much as my stats say.

Staves and Wands have fairly low weapon multipliers, so that's probably a huge factor, and some other small stuff add up as well.
