The Soar Skill
Hey everyone,
I purchase the Owl Mount and would really enjoy flying with it. Can anyone please explain to me how to get the Soaring skill? I know I must go to Leafre and find the Dragon Rdier.. I simply can't find him anywhere.

Only Pegasus, Bear Hot Air Balloon, Dragon (the black and blue one), Cloud, Nagashickshakhfisha Fly High, and Owl can Soar. Might be missing a couple. I think I heard Nightmare can soar as well...

nope, only certain ones from gach
You talk to Chief Tatamo first and get wings of the ancient for 50m. Then you go to Dragon rider pq through the dimensional mirror to find the last npc.
Cheif Tamtato and there is a quest in which you pay 50m
