Had to prep the dough for 2 hours (have a bread maker machine that has a dough function), then took dough* and cut into vertical strips of dough. Let then proof in the oven at 100 c for 10 minutes, take it out then coat it with egg wash. Added as much cheese as I desired then baked it at 320 Celsius, only until the underside of the bread to a light brown. I then turned off the heat then put it under the broiler for 2-4 minutes and poof delicious home made cheese bread. Of course if I wasn't watching my cholesterol I'd also add bacon pieces on top if during the broiling process.
