Since S/c has been extended what are you eating for dinner?
As title
For myself, I'm a bit baffled as to cook what kind of cuisine... I was going Japanese, but felt it would take me too long to prep, might wanna go Italian, but I didn't bake garlic bread today... So mixed feelings
Edit: Decided to go with cooking chicken yaki udon with miso soup and green salad hope everyone have a good dinner going to be busy

@biiizzle: Oh wow I wish I could make it from scratch, I absolutely agree with you on making things from scratch, the chicken curry I made wasn't as good as I had in a restaurant that made it from scratch before. On the topic of cooking could you point me towards a recipe that I should try out? I haven't tried viet curry, but I'm sure it's tasty regardless
I've been making the same curry for the last few days while adding different things to it such eggs, potato, tofu, chicken, bacon, chickpeas, green peas.
Gonna change it up tonight with a different type of curry with tofu, potatoes and green peas.
I had 2 grilled cheeses with tomato soup, and a glass of milk.
Classic Swedish meatballs and pasta.

I made a Viet style curry. I tend to stay away from those pre-made packs since making stuff from scratch usually tastes so much better.
