Are there any proof lately that this event is coming back ? planning to start a KoC in the meantime and want it look cute enough.

Still if you like them on facebook they usually post when they have them. If you typed in it google it would have answered it for you.
I think they come around every 4-5 months or so.
The last one was in in May/June I think. Or was it April?
The one before this one was.. like December/January?
