South Park S18 E3

Been keeping up to date with the new season of South Park, as some of you might be aware. So I sat down to watch the new episode, titled "Cissy". Hadn't read a blurb or anything, and I didn't think anything of the title of the episode.
More astute viewers might have picked up on the meaning of [b]cis[/b]sy as soon as they saw it, which just means that you are more attentive than me, I guess.

Anyway, since the episode had a great deal to do with transgenderism, I figured we could have a conversation about the episode, if that was a desire of anyone who saw the episode.
