Bossing Nl or Shad

Hey everyone, i was wondering which class would be better mobbing and bossing wise hitting around 20mils each line. Excluding hitting 20mil with MC on Shadowers.(After the revamp)
Thanks

ok thank you for the information @abyssalend , i just recently switched from my db because i didn't like how much funding i was going to have to put into it and only hitting about 600k a line at 100k range

Shadower is stronger unfunded, and a pretty good mobber and bosser.

NL is relatively weak unfunded, and by that I mean you will hit close to nothing, but they are superior in training to Shadowers because of the added 20%(40% w/ hyper) XP bonus with Showdown.

~~~
With a 152k range on my Shadower, I was hitting approximately 2-3m per line with assassinate, 5-6m last line, and 1-2m with Boomerang Stab.
Phase Dash and Savage Blow are still used in 4th job, Phase for extra mobility and DPS wherever; Savage for hitting enemies that are most likely above you.
Bossing on a Shadower is tedious, though, if you cant kill it quickly. You can't use Assassinate in the air, so you'll have to substitute with Savage Blow and Boomerang Stab in between casts.
With a 132k range on my Night Lord, I was doing around 1-2m per line with Quad Throw. Showdown was maybe 2-3m per line, but you can use it quickly so it adds up.
NL has a much higher control in 1v1 situations, since it's ranged.
DB (if you want to consider it also), is a combination of both, really. It's pretty good at bossing, mobbing, although it's weak unfunded.
I played shad for 7 years and recently switched over to NL with the job advance coins. I hate to say it, but the NL was doing more damage for bossing. My claw wasn't cubed properly and I didn't even have a secondary, and I was to too far behind from the damage output of my shad. I guess that's because I consistently cap on my shad as well.
So which one is it lol
