Extremely hard to get you say? Rofl. 5 a day from attendance, coins from Cinnamon Chai etc items, and for holding her popsicle. Get at least 20 coins a day, cmon, and if you do attendance on more characters (1 50% scroll every 4 days PER CHARACTER), the staff is already tradable, you can move it back and forth 50%ing it. That's what I did anyways o.O

where as with your idea, if he were to innocence it, he would've only had a clean staff and a loss of mesos because he could've sold innocence service

I wouldnt feel too bad reading most of the comments here if I were you. The stats on the Staff are pretty good, the price was (in my opinion) decent, not too overpriced, but it wasnt a bargain either. It may not be considered an End-game weapon by most people, it will definitely help you for a while at least!
For the purpose you want to use it, I'd say it was a trade where both parties profited. I wouldnt touch the weapon unless you have the resources to make it better. Perhaps think of getting a new one/using a innocent scroll on it later. Unless you have a lot of mesos to spend/Unleashed Coins, I wouldnt touch it with the Unleashed scrolls.

look clean is 178 so if he used 2 +5 scroll which might have been 20's or 50's. They would increase to 188 then 7 60's would add 14 which leaves it at 202. 6 EE's add 5 damage each making it 232. Case closed

Not bad, it was a good deal to a person who was planning to keep it for their own char that isn't your main. For a person maining an i/l or bam, you probably could've done better buying a clean one and scrolling it yourself.

Enhances add different amount of attack depending on existing attack on weapon.

Weapons can be above average as well so it could have like 2 MAttk increase clean. So after doing the math, it would be 184MATTK clean if it was scrolled with 60%

And this is horribly scrolled, I wouldn't buy it tbh.

You guys are making it sound like he did a REALLY bad trade. If he wants to use it for another character, then let him be. I actually think the deal was fair. But you're in Windia, so I might not have a firm grasp on your prices.

No because it's already hard to resell endgame godly EStaves for profit due to RA weapons unless you get godly Legendary potential/bonus potential on them. You already lost money on it, I recommend you try to get rid of it ASAP for at least 60% of the price you bought it for.

Depends on weapon/magic attack on your weapon

1-49 = 1 atk
50-99 = 2 atk
100-149 = 3 atk
150-199 = 4 atk
200-249 = 5 atk
250-299 = 6 atk

and so on and so forth

The Magic Attack is somewhat low, considering the scrolls we have now and the amount of EE's that have been used.
