My account was hacked, recover options?

My account was hacked about 1 month ago. I want to try and recover it. The password was changed and i believe the email was also changed. I keep sending tickets with no responce, and password resets that do not come to my email. Please, please, please help me

@ilikefoodand: they told me that 2 years ago, although i gave them as much info i could, they did nothing and so I gave up.
I resubmitted a new ticket last year and they told me to give them that info (the one i posted on basil) and i got my account back in less than 5 days.

When did this "new policy" come?

The info they ask you is bs, the only thing that makes sense is the ownership proof of the account but honestly who takes a ss of them saying "I, ______ ________, own this account" or w.e (this can also be ps'ed)
even if this is the new policy, i highly recommend you do my way first unless they tell you otherwise.

Stop sending multiple tickets. It may take up to 3 months... but they'll not bother if you keep spamming them.

Of course, you can try a live chat. If you can't access the account, you may need to make a new one with a new e-mail.

I'll tell you right now that I had this problem as well. Took a while for the appeal and a lot of hoops for the e-mail change, but once Live Chat was available, it took no time at all.

They have a new policy.

Please provide identification of the owner listed below ( make sure that the id is on JPG file ).

Acceptable forms of identification include:

Government/State issued photo ID, such as:

Driver License

Passport

Government Employee ID

Certificate of Birth/Adoption (only if under age 18).

If under age 18, please attach a photocopy of your Parent/Guardian's ID

Please attach the requested information to this ticket.

eh, they not on atm, but you have to log in and go to support, then to main and you'll see a small "live chat" box under "Billing and Account questions"

Your account's registered email address
Your account ID (if applicable)
Your full name (first and last)
Your registered birthday as it appears on your account
Answer to Security Question 1 (if applicable)
Answer to Security Question 2 (if applicable)
List at least one game and character name on this account
Provide a new unique email address not associated with a Nexon account
