I mained a TB is a fun class, used to have a DW from the last burning up event ending up deleting replaced w/phan for link skill but going to create a DW in the near future
I guess the "time" you will need to level up to 150 depends on how much fun you're getting. Try creating 1 DW and 1 TB and try them both 'til level 30~60 and stick with the one you had most fun.

DW. I have both a TB and DW. TB is a fun class and I enjoy playing it, but DW is much more enjoyable to train and level.

If you're training in flat maps, tb is pretty fast
otherwise dw
I think it would be pretty close.
well probably dawn warrior but since perception of time is different depending on if you have fun. I suggest thunder breaker
