K just to be a team player for this.
First, no, its not possible to solo lotus as a kanna. We just lack raw DPS.

-Blossom barrier does nothing for stage 1, status resist isnt viable in lotus.
-kishin is only relevant for extra damage to LOTUS, not mob control - the bots have too much HP for it to be possible. Use soul summon for mob control in stage 1.
-You can dodge the status crap from the bots in stage 1 by pressing down (you can press down while using vanq charm and it'll dodge the bots' explosion [the bad status] while still doing damage)
- In normal lotus the only falling objects that stun you are the machinery ones. The other debris only dmg you for i think 10-20%.
- the status duration for all the things in lotus are only 1-2 seconds, therefore status duration tops are relatively useless ( as you cant reduce to less than 1 second)

~~~ if you cant do stage 2 with 2 binds... Theres no hope for you. Nothing in this stage 1 hits and we have a passive heal, not to mention potion CD is only 5 seconds. I guess, just dont bind it after platforms fall because it'll screw up the electricity.
~ The knockback means nothing. It does like 30% damage? Just go back to attacking. I dont know why you "failed" cause of this. Ridic

For your own future reference, recording yourself bossing then going back to watch your recording later may help a lot. You'll probably notice a lot of things you didn't notice while you were doing the actual run.

Also, if you want to ask someone who already posted in a thread a question, tagging them (ex: @msnite )would be very helpful in getting them to answer you since the chance of them revisiting the thread may be low unless extreme boredom.

@elufu thank you for your insightful message. Just to put your curiosity to rest - I have been to stage 2 Lotus with @chickensoul , @melenie and @tortugajr . We know what the animation for knock back is. In fact, ANYONE that's been to stage 2 would know, considering how its easily spotted. I'm not sure what kind of inept party you go to Lotus with, but we clear it only a daily basis like @msnite

I am just trying to help @msnite since she's asking for advice on Lotus and seeing as @balddd is a highly respected and godly Kanna on Scania it only makes sense that he will have answers to end game bosses. For example msnite's question on "What's his animation when he does his knockback?" You probably can't even answer this because you've never been to Lotus before.

Your positioning is obviously quite bad. Simply make a small jump out of his kb range every time he casts it.

Here's a random stage 2 clear screenshot. Only three lives left here and three minutes, I messed up fairly badly during this particular run (using mana balance while taking damage, etc)

Oh yeah. Unless I'm doing something COMPLETELY wrong, it's 100% impossible for a Kanna to solo Lotus.

@msnite: I do less damage on Lotus than I do on Cvell with 93% PDR. Regardless it isn't possible to solo Lotus unless you have insanely high hits/s and max dmg, and Kanna's hits/s isn't nearly high enough. Phase 1 has 660b hp, phase 2 has 900b and phase 3 has 1.14tril, meaning if it takes you 12 mins for first stage it would take you 48 mins to completely finish, assuming you could do dps as consistently throughout the entire run (unlikely, because phase 3 is way harder).

I'm CERTAIN there is no way a Kanna can solo Lotus, our HPS (hits per second) isn't that bad (almost 22, if I did the math correctly and assuming there is no cooldown or delay between Monkey Spirit attacks), but I'm fairly sure that's Ryude's Sword Kaiser HPS with only Giga Slash...

needed almost the full 30 minutes to kill it with a shade using split whenever possible, I don't think Kanna as it is has enough hits per sec to down it.
