When I try to create a cannoneer, it doesn't let me change the hair or skin color. Is it supposed to be like this or is it a glitch?

Question about cannonneer creation
When I try to create a cannoneer, it doesn't let me change the hair or skin color. Is it supposed to be like this or is it a glitch?

Might be a glitch?
Yes it must be a glitch because look at me, my skin is so dark.
On the creating screen it appears to not change but after you change it whatever skin color you chose on creation will show that color on your character in game or on starting page.
the hair actually does change, the skin color on the other hand does not. =/ Yes it's a Glitch.
