Unable to report posts?
As title states, why can't i report posts? I remember i used to be able to do so, but I have not been able to report any posts on here for a while. did not really bother me much at first, but i started noticing it more that i don't see a report button. o.o

I got some problems too, I'm a new member and The site restrickting me from sending privete messages, I even can't check the messages that other people send me to my meassages box
cause every time I press the mail box tumb its say's "To prevent abuse, new members are restricted from sending too many PM's" - It's like that couple of days already, What Should I do ?
i can report posts and comments
at first, mr basil let a decent amount of people that were active and been with basil for years to report, but those people have abused their powers (current people that still can report also abuse their powers) so its kinda like the gov't lol.
