Nx Item Disappearing
I have a problem. I bought a perm pet (corgi) and a permanent item pouch. The pouch is equipped to the Corgi and I transferred the Corgi into a different character from my Drk to my Ranger. When I took the corgi out of the cash shop, the permanent item pouch disappeared. What is this? I've check both character and the cash shop and the item pouch is not there. I'm frustrated atm because I can understand nexon deleting regular items, but I don't think they should deleted cash items that I have bought with nx. This is fraudulence and since I already transferred the pet and the item disappeared, I have no SS proof. Any advice?

:O This happened to my Battle Mages Perm NX gear, bought the BaM perm set when it came out, put it into cs as storage, then I got everything except my shoes...
Holy, TYVM! I checked my equipment before and I didn't see it. I didn't realize I had to open the pet tab >.<. I'm such an idiot. Thanks for your help ^^
The item pouch is still equipped to ur first character
