How do I report this to mods?
Apparently I got a hater on basil that rages at me for no apparent reason and he is now falsifying quotes.

Here in this SS it shows him quoting me two times. However, the second quote isn't me but another basiler. Here is proof.

As you can see, it is by another basiler. How do I report this to the mods?
Edit: You can read the entire thread by the link shown on my url bar at the SS. I don't mind being banned by mods for going off topic there, but being falsely accused is annoying.

You normally don't act like a jerk but this is just rude. She's genuinely calling out for help while being harassed. It's not the best position to be in as a Basiler because it's really hard to stop. Yet here you are throwing petty insults at her. Seriously mate, don't do that. Not everyone spends as much time on Basil as you (or me for that matter) to completely understand every inch if the site.
OT: Just follow what the mod above me said, or actually contact a moderator directly. Mr.Basil isn't really the quickest to take care of things, and I've found whenever I got harassed that mods are especially kind and helpful.
@nhan1st Click the "Contact" link at the bottom right of any Basilmarket page and select the subject line: "I'm being attacked".
That will send a ticket directly to Mr. Basil, who is the only one who can handle problems with other Basilmarket users.
Explain the situation and paste the screenshot links into the ticket so he can see what's going on.

I went to the BasilID tab and couldn't find it. That's why I'm asking for help.
