After seeing that everything was pretty much copy-pasted for the oz revamp from KMS, I was 99% convinced that my Oz emblem was going to have 12% att on it when I logged on this morning.

The duration is exactly the same as how often they give them out so it encourages you to run weekly

It should probably have a longer time but perm? Maybe if they made it perm without the potential, but for just completing that would be way too OP.
