@Jwoy
I didn't know Taiwan used pingyin, cuz I dont know how to use them @@
@betaboi101
I think seared pepper tuna is Americanized, just because normal sashimi wouldn't have processed stuff on it (maybe except for some)
Ddukbokgi
Kangpoong shrimp
Udon
Pho
Galbi and Naengmyun
as a Korean all day everyday ddukbokgi my fav food
I have no idea if it's an actual Japanese dish or an Americanized dish but seared pepper tuna (sashimi) <3
Any Japanese food.
Honorable mentions to Vietnamese rice rolls and Korean seafood pancakes.
I do however, dislike noodle/udon/ramen/etc dishes. I've eaten enough noodles such that I'm pretty much sick of them. Whenever I go out to eat asian, it will nearly always be a rice dish and never a noodle dish.
not gonna lie but viet food is so goooooood. dang.
i love spring rolls and banh mi.
but uhm... idk tbh. i love sushi. asian food so good tho.
B-but I love PF Changs and Panda Express...
Sashimi
Duck/pig
Instant ramen, which i actually prefer over actual ramen (ik, theres clearly something wrong with me)
Personally I like
Taiwanese fried chicken
Taiwanese oyster omelette (it tastes better than it sounds)
Taiwanese stinky tofu (it tastes better than it smells)
Taiwanese animal innards (They aren't that bad)
Japanese food (any type of Japanese food)
Korean BBQ
Well probably because I'm Taiwanese so I could eat weird food o.o
I gotta say Japanese food (sushi, sashimi, tempura, ramen, etc) and Korean BBQ are my favorite.
I'm Chinese so I eat too much Chinese food at home, kind of sick of it. lol
KBBQ
Pajeon
Twigim
Xianbing
Black pepper beef chow mein
Takoyaki
Tonkatsu
Beef curry
Jianbing (these cheap snacks be blessed; try them in Beijing before you die)
Jjamppong
Jjajangmyeon
Bibimbap
Fried rice
Karaage
Congee
Kung Pao chicken
Twice cooked pork
Fu qi feipian
Sliced pig ear with chili oil (similar to above)
Hot pot
Eggplant with pork
Spicy stir fried squid
Sundubu
Gim
Bindaetteok
Taiyaki
Chinese sweetheart cake
Moon cake
Vietnamese wrap
Oden
Beef noodle soup Taiwanese style
Guotie
Goubuli baozi
Tanghulu (for the nostalgia)

US style rolls (Alaska, Dynamite, unagi, whatever)
Good ol' nigirizushi
Gamjatang
Chinese scallion crepe
Dandanmian
