For people who likes Sashimi, I assume you guys refer to fish only (idk why)
But do you guys like sashimi scallop, octopus, shrimp, urchin...etc?

@Jwoy
I didn't know Taiwan used pingyin, cuz I dont know how to use them @@

@betaboi101
I think seared pepper tuna is Americanized, just because normal sashimi wouldn't have processed stuff on it (maybe except for some)

I have no idea if it's an actual Japanese dish or an Americanized dish but seared pepper tuna (sashimi) <3

Any Japanese food.
Honorable mentions to Vietnamese rice rolls and Korean seafood pancakes.

I do however, dislike noodle/udon/ramen/etc dishes. I've eaten enough noodles such that I'm pretty much sick of them. Whenever I go out to eat asian, it will nearly always be a rice dish and never a noodle dish.

Personally I like
Taiwanese fried chicken
Taiwanese oyster omelette (it tastes better than it sounds)
Taiwanese stinky tofu (it tastes better than it smells)
Taiwanese animal innards (They aren't that bad)

Japanese food (any type of Japanese food)
Korean BBQ

Well probably because I'm Taiwanese so I could eat weird food o.o

I gotta say Japanese food (sushi, sashimi, tempura, ramen, etc) and Korean BBQ are my favorite.

I'm Chinese so I eat too much Chinese food at home, kind of sick of it. lol
