Champion Update - Ice Lightning - Weaker or Stronger?
So I was wondering if the update made Ice/Lightning weaker or stronger?
I have a cousin whos level is 198 but he feels weaker. Chain lightning for him did 500s now it does 300s?
Anyone else care to explain or give their opinion?
