I was looking around making a map for my cousin inside Ninja Castle and I decided to finish my book set, took me 14 Kacchuu Musha "The Red Samurai" Raid to finally obtain the his Monster Card, he/she spawns every 20 hour too.

I assume it is because of the 7 hour range of spawn.
More like 5-12 hours.
