People have been posting in the forum that they've gotten the balloon code on other days.

They mostly don't bother to come back and post that they got it, you only see complaints from people who didn't get one yet.

Like it says if you find the answer but don't see a message that says you won a code, you need to come back the next day until you DO win a code.
They're still going out and will be going out all month, so just keep playing.
