Did this happen to anyone else before?
Did anyone else buy something in the cash shop and got charged wrongfully? I went to purchase transparent shoes for 1.5k nx and it showed that I bought them for 11.5k instead. I only have one pair of transparent shoes so it's not like I misclicked it 10x. This is really weird and dumb. Has this happened to anyone? Is there anyway to get this fixed?

Just giving an update to whoever that cares. I sent another ticket in explaining the situation as well as the thread that's been posted on Nexon forums. The G.M that responded back was confused on what happened it seemed. They were say sorry that I lost some items and that they couldn't find the items I lost. Which wasn't the point of the ticket. The point was directed to the over priced goods. Either way though they granted me 10.7k maple points. Which is still less than what they took out but not by much. Not fully satisfied but it's better than nothing. Hopefully they fix the problem and possibly give out more compensation for everyone that been effected but I doubt that.

Basically they gave me a stupid response in ticket stating that they are really sorry and looking into the issue. Then closed the ticket on me. I opened another one stating that I deserve some kind of refund on this and it has yet to be looked at. Still in open phase. Freaking ridiculous and incompetent company. If i do not get a refund of any kind even maple points I wont be purchasing anymore nx for this damn company. Bugs are one thing but messing with people's cash that's another thing.

Actually just checked review purchased they charged me 11.922k. So this is really weird. It was almost 12k nx for something that's 1.5k. Ill be sending a ticket but damn I really needed that nx right now. Going have to wait a few months on this im sure. This garbage is what ruins the game.

There's always a bug. They seem to make one every time they try to fix it
@Omniscient1: if it clearly states 11.5k NX then you should definitely send in a ticket (maybe take a screenshot of both the transaction and the item price in CS) and wait for a response. If you're lucky they'll respond and refund you 10k NX, if you're REALLY lucky (this sorta thing happened to me once), they'll take a year to answer in which case they'll just give you 25k NX or something instead.

I did check to make sure I didn't accidentally bought something else by mistake. It clearly showed only one transparent shoe for 11.5k nx. I checked the cash shop as well to see if something was different. Only one transparent shoe for 90 days was bought. im on live chat right now but taking forever to get on. I hate to send a ticket it will take months for a response back.
you should use the "review purchases" section of the NX page on the website to see if it did that then send a ticket to Nexon and hope they refund you or something...
lol. I mean has this happen to anyone else? Why would they charge 11.5k for one shoe? It wasn't perma it was 90 days. It's not really about the cash. It's just dumb that they did that.
