Nexon charging over priced good in the shop

Not even doing any refunds either. I sent at ticket in that i got over charged for transparent shoes. Was close to 12k nx spent for a 1.5k nx item. They give me this stupid response. What a load of garbage. This is just robbery right here. Refunds must be given for this crap. Not just an apology and they are looking over it. Then close the ticket. Warning to everyone. Stay away from the cash shop. Certain items are over priced and they won't refund you. They will just say sorry for that mishap and close your ticket.

Regardless or not. This should be compensated and refunds should be given. If the item shows a certain price on it and it's been that way from the start. Then it's not the customers fault if it was bugged or not. As I stated earlier. If another online company gaming or not. Amazon or just any other company out there. Shows a price tag on an item and the customer had purchased it. Then it turned out that price on the item was over priced. The customer does not get told off that it was his/her fault. The company gets in trouble for having those issues. If you go into a store and you see something priced as a 1.99, but when you go to check it out they charge you 11.99 for it instead. Most of the time they will give you the item for the price it was listed at as it was there mistake.[/quote]

Don't worry, for once, I'm on a Basiler's side. You should keep resending in tickets with these pictures to prove to Nexon that you aren't BSing. I would also use that Amazon analogy for the hell of it.

I can confirm that this is happening, earlier I went to buy a player shop permit which are normally 1.8k nx. When I clicked purchase, it displayed that one permit cost 10k nx. I simply did not buy the item. I'm not sure if it really didn't show that it would cost 12k but it is happening, just make sure you check the price before you hit confirm.

They'll probably recompensate you and everybody else who was affected by this once this issue is fixed and the shoes are back in the CS. They're usually pretty good with things relating to NX.

Explain to me how this was my fault? It showed 1.5k nx. When I clicked on it was 1.5k. It charged me over price for the shoe. It is a known issue. if amazon charged over priced goods for a product that was stated otherwise. The company would be in trouble. It wouldn't be the customers fault. QUit being an idiot here. Nexon did a bug and this is something that needs to be fixed. it isn't my fault for this crap. It clearly showed one price and charged me another. Quit being an ass.

The whole game is a rip off, I'm trying to cut back my hours and then quit all together, it's crazy how addicting it is though.. Like seriously 3$ to save a slot in a 9 slot item? 10$ to protect an item from booming? 2$ to save your scroll, now do that for all your equipment it's outrageous. I think they should implement a flat rate a month and make it fair instead of this. And what makes matters worse, once you perfect your gear, it outdates a month later. Wasted so much time on this game that's the sad part.
