Quick question on the level-up event items- dual blade
So if I create a jumpstart dual blader, will I obtain the dual blade mask at lvl 90? Also, is it tradable to other chars on your account? Including non-theif characters?

Ok thanks guys. One more Q: Can I obtain the free skillbooks by creating another DB at lvl 1. I feel like the first 40 levels are a LOT funner than the extra 10 I have to do if I start at lvl 50.
