From my understanding of that situation, the chair has always been intended to be non-permanent, therefore not the problem like @PallyCookie said.

If you click and read the Localization Coordinator job description it says:
-Translate and localize game texts, user interfaces and documents
-Fluency in Korean and English
Since the Pink Bean & Justice/Phantom are originally from KMS, the Coordinator would be responsible.
