Before getting off with the rest for bossing you should utilize Boss Queue which can be accessed using the Maple User List - Boss Tab. It's suppose to be used for finding other people, but a lot of people use it for the teleport.

HT= Horntail, a boss located in Leafre's Cave of Life. You start off with a prequest from Chief Tatamo. After you complete the prequests you can utilize Boss Queue for teleport.

Zakum = A boss located in the depths of El Nath Mountains. You can talk to your third job instructor in El Nath Chief Residence to be warped to Entrance to Zakum. You can utilize Boss Queue for teleport.

DIPQ = Dimension Invasion Party Quest. This can be accessed through the Dimensional Mirror.

Normal Hilla = A boss located in Azwan. This can be accessed through Dimensional Mirror. You can utilize Boss Queue for teleport.

Easy Magnus = This boss mode is a simulation of Magnus. Several prequests are required to access him which starts off with "To Pantheon" if you are a Non-Nova class. To get to Pantheon, go to the Six Path Crossway in Victoria Island and find the Interdimensional Mirror at the top middle of the map. After you complete the prequests you can utilize Boss Queue for teleport.

Root Abyss = The Seal Guardians of Root Abyss. There is a chain quest that is required to defeat and access each boss in a set order: Von Bon, Pierre, Crimson Queen, Vellum. After completing the prequest with starts off with "An Urgent Summons", you will be able to access Colossal Root through Dimensional Mirror. After you complete the prequests you can utilize Boss Queue for teleport.

Normal Ranmaru = A boss that came with Hayato and Kanna to Maple World. Can be found in El Nath Mine. After you complete the prequests you can utilize Boss Queue for teleport.

Monster Park = A solo dungeon that can be done twice per day on one account. EXP Boosters do not stack with this, but grants a wholesome amount of experience upon completion. This can be accessed through the Dimensional Mirror.

Ghost Exorcist Badge can get %atk?

At 150 you should be doing
- HT/Zakum/Gollux/DIPQ/Normal Hilla/Easy Magnus/Commerci(155+)/Root Abyss/Normal Ranmaru for recipes/Monster Park

List of equips you should have or be working towards
Accessories
- Blackgate rings, HT rings, Reinforced Gollux Ring, Superior Gollux Ring
- Horntail Pendant, Chaos Horntail Pendant, Gollux Pendant
- Horntail Earrings
- Zakum face/eye accessories -> eventually upgraded to Sweetwater face/eye accessories

Armour
- Pensalir or frozen set is fine for now but cube each piece to at least 6% str
- Secondary Weapon needs to be cubed to either %str, %att, %boss or PDR
- Tyrant cape, Nova boots/belt or Hard Gollux belt if you have a carry
- Ghost Exorcist Badge, cubed to either %str, %att, %boss or PDR
- Gold Leaf Maple Emblem, cubed to either %str, %att, %boss or PDR
- Weapon can be your Utgard or Frozen weapon until you can either craft your Japanese weapon or you manage to find a Sweetwater or Fafnir (goodluck).
- DIPQ gloves to replace pensalir/frozen

At lvl 150, I personally only leveled up from doing my boss runs which I always soloed for better exp. You already have me added on BL in game so if you need I am now able to solo Chaos Horntail, Normal Ranmaru, Root Abyss and Easy Gollux for coins.
