What class suit me the best?
Most importantly, I like to maintain stuffs to be optimal, like balancing myself to not tilde to one side or another so the gameplay can have some minor variations at least. I don't like fire element but I'm fine with the rest or even just neutral. It'll be cool if I can equip pointy stuffs like swords and daggers, not really a fan of the rest of the weapons but maybe knuckle. I don't like exaggerated skill effects as well, best if I can see myself but not covered up by them which defeat the purpose of dressing my character nice. It'll also be nice if I don't have those 2H stance as it also blocks my clothes. Any class like that? If there's none I guess I should really consider to play something else like Starbound. I'm tired of compromising and pretending I enjoy it. Thanks.

Not every class I'm listing fits perfectly, but they're close-ish.
-Hero (Simple & nice class, but that buff that spins around on you will block your character)
-Merc (Flash skills, but they're smaller skills)
-Shad (Simple, pointy weapon)
-DB (Very fun, no exaggerated skills mostly, pointy weapon)
-NL (Great class, weapons / skills wont get in your way, no exaggerated skills mostly)
stuffs is the plural of stuff
@wall: nice advice haven't heard that before!
I think in a future update you'll have the ability to change the opacity of skills, maybe something to keep in mind. Dual blade is relatively simple. Consider wind archer? Their bossing is pretty much just Flower+SkySong.
Dual Blade could be fun, although it does have a skill that's kind of in the way, but it's still pretty fun. I also agree with Hero as it doesn't seem like explorer skills are too flashy.
Sounds like Shade is the right class for you.
