Which 1H Sword class should I go?
I got one nice 1H sword from my friend so maybe I can make a bossing mule using the sword or something. I don't want a Hero though, so all that left are Paladin, Dawn Warrior and Mihile. Dawn Warrior seems like the best bet but I heard it rely on ping heavily and I don't think I've the best ping, Mihile looks gimmicky and I'm unsure if I'll like him or not, and all I heard about Paladin is about how he'll be at the bottom of the DPM chart so I guess he won't kill boss very fast but wouldn't his utilities make the possibility to kill a boss higher even if it take a longer time? I've never played one of these classes and to be honest I don't see a point in training them as mules either since they don't have good link skill (I always pick 100% stance class as my main) or character card so a general overview about these three classes would be nice.

Make all three and pick one that you like, dood. You said it yourself! "and I'm unsure if I'll like him or not" and "I've never played one of these classes". Before you rage at me, that's exactly what I did and Dawn Warrior was my favorite out of the four.
It sounds like you want a Paladin anyways. DPM chart does not exist, it's just some bullbull that some nerds made up. Depends on your funding now, dood.
There is a reason to train mules now, better character card system in the Beyond: Union update, dood.
