The grandest and glorious looking class?
Suddenly I feel like making one class that has that look, like so grand and glorious that even the sun will be blinded. Is Kaiser the one? Or there's someone who's grander than him?

Zeros probably your best bet.
Or maybe Wind Archer. They got pretty crazy skills that go all over the place while still looking pretty.
kaiser does have that skill which is bright as hell but long cooldown so probably not
