Would this be op?
Would it be a good investment to buy a Decent HB neb (40% hp) on a Demon Avenger? Anyone has done this or knows if it stacks and scales with all other hp buffs and increases dmg by a lot? Thanks <3

I am not sure if you are asking if Phantom's Bad Luck Ward stacks with HB but I can tell you that it does since I use to play my Phantom with HB since my party had a Phantom using attack buffs so i thought I support it with other skills. This was back when Phantoms were still cool with Instant Skill Swap...
Yes, its good for DAs as it stacks with buffs. Although you could probably sell it for a lot more if it was on a RA Warrior pants.
Edit:Sorry, thought op was selling one too. I would advise only buying a hb neb on ra pants, do not go for the level 100 ones that have it as a potential.
