Has anyone tried killing Von Leon today?
I've been hunting for nearly 20 minutes and the Knight Scroll isn't dropping. I even checked to see whether I had the quest accepted. Wondering if it's glitched.

Finally got the damn scroll after 25 minutes. This quest should be illegal.
