Personally, I think it actually existed, because there has to be 6 worlds. We are currently on the 5th world, and the 6th will be made of Light Beings, the Light race and it's the world of Illumination.

You should try meditating. It will scare you. I don't know how monks do it without confronting your own thoughts.
Once you begin to get the hang of clearing your thoughts. It's very scary.
Sometimes I hear my voice in English and Khmer at the same time.
When I lift, my mind set is similar to the point I hear negative thought of my own voice telling me I'm weak, but there is always
the words that I hear of me telling me I need it. It isn't even negative just almost like words of doubt.
