I saw screenshots of people winning against GMs in Omok, was this an event or something? Is it still on and what could you get from it?

I saw screenshots of people winning against GMs in Omok, was this an event or something? Is it still on and what could you get from it?

During the 9th anniversary event, GMs would be on during the weekends to host events such as meet and greets, mini-games, or calling everyone to one town to play omok or match cards. If you won, you would supposedly get 4k maplepoints.
They occasionally do GM meet and greets, as well as GM omok events where they play omok with the players. I don't think you got anything out of it, but I read something on the forum if you won against them you received maple points? Not entirely sure though.

It happens every now and then it's the gm event in leafre usually the prize is 2k maple points for beating them
