Difficulty of the Rage Expression quest has been reduced. While this quest is in progress, you can move to the location where the Crimson Balrogs appear through NPC Sunny, who is located at the Orbis Stations.
I think that might mean we're SoL if youve already completed the charm 80 rage expression quest.

While the travel time has been removed, I believe you can still get teleported to a map via Sunny (Orbis station to Ludi NPC).
