They are not all like that. Most higher level(more dedicated) players are nice to new or returning players. As long as they don't beg but ask for help(there is a difference).
Just a while back i saw a guy who was level 10 trying to get 10k for fame. I gave him a couple mil and about 1000 elixer to try and start him off. Only certain people/guilds are scumbags like that.
