I want to die.
If you're just looking for max hits on 1 attack, I'm sure an AB or a MM can hit 10b cap on a single hit easy.
If a DB can do 4b on Sudden Raid, 10b on a 4000% skill or a 2160% skill x 7 hits shouldn't be a problem.
