Should beginners be allowed basic hyper skills

Should beginners be allowed basic hyper skills? I mean everyone has them now.

@Premies:
At no point in what i said did I imply that hyper skills were a concept pre big bang. I said that i did not want any variant of skills on my beginner pre big bang, meaning I did not want them then, and I don't want them now.
And there is no need for the hostility, nothing i said in there should have caused you to get on the defensive.
And that was not true at all, there were a few beginners that refused to leech that made it well into the 100+'s.
And in response to the summon thing, I never liked that concept for the exact reason.

Edit: Another point to make. You state that beginners should have hyper skills because everything else does now. That is one of the key problems with the game, every single class is the exact same in the regards that it fills no role.
They single handedly ruined the class system by making it so each class was a jack of all trades.
So, to support the reasoning behind giving beginners a skill with the very thing that ruined diversity in this game is well, saddening to me.
Why? There is absolutely no reason to do that at all. I didn't want skills on my beginner pre big bang, and I wouldn't want them now
That undermines the whole purpose of the class itself. To play a beginner was to play the game on hard mode. Granted that's not true anymore, since people only leech now. But there was a time where being a high leveled beginner meant something. Because we had no skills, leveling was an actual challenge. The challenge was the point, it was what got peoples respect.
I understand the game is getting dumbed down and becoming easier and easier for everyone, but there is no reason to make the "harder" option any easier.
If you don't like a beginner that has no skills, play a noblesse. I don't want my main class being dumbed down anymore than it already has.
Hyper skills weren't even a concept pre big bang shut up, to get an actual high leveled beginner pre big bang post like lv 100 you needed to be leeched and most beginners now use familiars which is basically a skill summon.
No, they should not. It undermines the point of becoming a perma-newb. You chose to make things hard on yourself with noreal reward. If you don't think its fair, then you can always go back on your descision and advance. You've already went back on the ideals of the situation you had going in, so why not go back on the Truth of the circumstances you faced going in as well.

TLDR: You CHOSE to screw yourself by becoming a perma nub, you knew this going in! Not happy/satisfied with that choice, then you can always advance! There's no drawback to advancing late, save for skewed hp/mp/AP pools! The AP isnt even a problem if you pick warrior! You get the SP back fr a l8 advancement, so if you want hypers, just go to perion --> warrior --> fighter/page or (for those who have realized that they themselves are as weak and worthless as Mops tainted Maroon with filth and choose to express their enlightenment by wielding one) spearman.
I like how your TL;DR is longer than the first part.
No we got hyper skills to make up for the missing 5th job advance.

beginners don't job advance soz....
where did you get this info from? 5th job isn't even out in KMS yet, and 5th job still going to happen just we don't know when. Hypers were never made to replace 5th job.

Nope
Really, link skills were a stretch.
I'd only really be okay with it if you had to advance to something like a "Super Beginner" to get them. Then again, this game is going downhill fast, what do I care? haha
