Hard Gollux Tips
So I been having trouble lately with soloing hard gollux (well I haven't even killed it once )
I know I can kill it (i can kill the head with a lot of time remaining and I know I have the DPS afterwards) Its just the survivability
Now for Wind Archers, we can utilize the little emerald flower trick where gollux focuses on it the entire fight if you keep it up on the other side of his head.
My problem is surviving the eyes due to his hands and such coming up (I have somewhat poor control especially when he inverts my controls)
Is it better to leave the abdomen alive (as his breath attacks and such wouldnt be a problem if i leave flower up) and kill one arm instead? Or is there any tips and tricks you can give to surviving the eyes?

So I killed Hard Gollux today not once but twice (did it before and after reset)
I got from 181-185 and did some upgrading+got some more boss damage which made it a bit easier but even still, only reason i managed to kill it was due to my control.
So I did what @ProHealer said basically to dodge the hand and to kill the minions, I took advantage of sentinent arrow and used it while i was killing the eyes to kill the minions below.
First kill was a bit challenging (died like 3 times)
Second kill was a lot easier for me once I got the hang of it. I died once but thats because I said screw it while killing the gem and kept attacking instead of focusing on the minions.
Uh idk what your reach is but what we do for lumi is kill it's left shoulder, it would the right side one on your map. This stops it from doing arm atk. Then you sit on the side near the portal and spam away, it's breath shouldn't even hit you. This is assuming you have a good reach

You can starts to hard gollux since around 350k range.

in that vid it was like 1.6m buffed

Its easier to just jump off the platform (<< if on left or >> on right) when you see the hand come up, then vertical jump back up.
I usually use the hand as a timer to clear the bottom of minions.
Also, when it makes yur keys inverse, I usually leave the map ASAP b/c it seems like the next hit would always kill me.

Hmm, I'd imagine it'd be easier for a sniper to kill his left arm so that you don't have to worry about during the eyes, but to each his own.
I just realized WA puppet doesn't do damage, so they have to stand near the center.
Just stand at the edge of the platform and hold down your song key. When the hand comes up, vertical jump.
Whims don't hit the bottom row so if you can't kill it fast enough go down every once in a while and kill stuff then jump back up real quick. You could use sentinel arrow if you really want but it locks you into that animation (if the hand comes up while you're doing it) and it only reaches one side.
I do always kill abdomen and leave the 2 arms alive, When u reach the eyes, theres a safe spot at all the way << or all the way >>. When you see the hands u just needa jump < or >
You can use the third job skill for kill at bottom, if u dont want to risk going down but ull need to go >> too since it doesnt have a big range.
Just out of curiosity, why do you kill the abdomen instead his left arm? If the puppet draws all of his attacks then the inhale seduce shouldn't be an issue.
Kill the abdomen only. If the emerald skill works like puppet/arrow illusion, then gollux should lock onto it, and all you have to do is attack on the opposite side, recasting it when it runs out(not before, or else you will have to use it again). For the eyes, probably cast emerald flower on one of the small enemies spawn place, kill the jaw, then jump quickly on the edge of the top platform (I stand on the right side) and keep attacking until you kill the eyes or you die from the counter. Basically at the edge of the eye platform gollux shouldnt be able to hit you at all.
