So Im Stuck

So I decided to get back on to my lazy ass to play some maple and decided to start the commerci quest. Little did I know as soon as I talked to the guy (the guy who you had to get the emerald for from the trees) I get into a cutscene and now my character is forever stuck in the cutscene as I can't do anything and its in a black screen. I tried relogging several times. Y u do dis nexon

But did anyone else experience this and is there any solution?
