Press Reset. It'll pop up a detailed image of your current inner ability. Right above your three lines it'll have the tier you're currently at, such as Unique, Legendary. Beside each line, including the line listing your current tier, there will be an image of a lock. If you click the image of the lock, it'll lock that line. So, if you want to lock your tier(ie, at Unique or Legendary) and the top line of your IA, you'd click first the lock beside your current tier. Then you click the lock beside the line you want to save...that will lock your current tier and the line you want to keep. It'll adjust from there how much honour you'll need to lock those lines and reset the others.

First pull up your ability and click "reset" next to the inner abilities you have.
Next you'll notice a window pop up; this screen is the ability ui.

In order to lock a tier, you must click in the line that says the tier, you'll see it darken and a lock will be on the end.
If you want to lock individual lines you must first lock the tier then click on the individual line you want to lock in addition to the tier.

Finally hit "use" in the ability ui and it will reset all other non-darkened lines. You must re-select the line and tier each time you reset your abilities.

click the lock symbol on the inner ability tab? Though you have to lock the tier (rare,epic,unique,legendary) first and then you can lock the lines (should be lock next to the line as well)
